We are proud to announce our Students of the Month for November. Jerome Reaux Jr. and Gina Brown were both chosen by the academic staff at Port Townsend High School for their outstanding excellence in Resilience
Students who were selected by the staff demonstrated:
  • Ability to persevere in difficult circumstances created by Covid 19
  • Maintain focus on pursuit of educational goals despite obstacles
  • Willingness to share a positive attitude with others
These two students were selected by Port Townsend High School teachers and staff based on their ability to persevere in difficult circumstances created by Covid 19, maintain focus on pursuit of educational goals, and willingness to share a positive attitude with others.

Gina Brown, daughters of Marilyn and Clarence Brown, stated that she enjoys the challenge of Forensic Science, in normal times actively participates in sports, especially basketball, and is active in both Key Club and Interact. She plans to attend college following high school and to continue to play basketball.

Jerome Rueax Jr., son of Jerome Rueax Sr., was also selected in this category. He was unable to attend the zoom meeting and will be formally recognized next month.

We know that all of the students that we recognize will go far and build the future with certainty. Congratulations to both Jerome and Gina.
